Can you do jumping Jack's, jump squats and jump around in hitt classes. I really enjoy hitt but at 10 weeks with my first Im paranoid and read such different things. Some say no to jumping but then running seems OK, surely when you run your bouncing too. I do feel super tired after a 30 min hitt atm but I still enjoy it. But are there risks I should be aware of. I keep going back and forth.

You can continue doing whatever you were doing previously as long as you feel ok doing it. Jumping isn't going to hurt the baby it's very well protected in there. As your pregnancy progresses you will find it more difficult due to size of the bump and pressure on the pelvic floor. Just be sure to listen to your body.
If it helps I did cross fit throughout my first pregnancy until due date, now five weeks with my second and still doing everything as normal including box jumps and Burpees etc.

I did all of those things in my first trimester 😊up until about 24 weeks when I changed the jumping style exercises and brought them down a peg or two (though still worked out up until about a week ago with light weights and light cardio classes). I am 38 weeks now and no problems

I think the only things that are not recommended are contact sports like rugby or boxing and anything you could fall from like horse riding or cycling.
