How long did it take for you to conceive your second child?

Just that really!
DS is 1 and I’m starting to get broody!

DC1 seven cycles, DC2 two cycles

2nd month of trying.

2 months, DC1 took 1 month. I consider myself to be very lucky.

4 years and 9 months so far. Still nothing.

It was month 2 for us. I was 32.

DD 1 cycle, 18 cycles and counting for a second

Just short of 3 years for us, it had taken 14 months for the 1st though. We had a chemical pregnancy, were diagnosed with secondary infertility and just about to start tests to see what was happening when I fell pregnant.

One time, for both our first and second child.

First try both times, appreciate we are extremely lucky though

First child took 5 years and 3 miscarriages
second child took 2 months!

5 cycles!

6 months. I was 37

First month of trying.
Which was gobsmacking as it took 18 months with DC1 and I have pcos.

One month with one half-hearted shag! DD1 took six months of planned (well not entirely but I made sure to initiate around the right time) sex!

FIVE YEARS TO HET NUMBER ONE !! 20 months for number 2 .. thought we were beyond blessed .. SEVEN YEARS LATER number 3 ..

No rhyme or reason.. no contraception since marriage.. so four pregnancies (one MC between 2&3 .. ) Alex on average twice/three times a week from 1990-2002... who knows !

Going on 5 years now. Still nothing. I have pcos. Don't think I ovulate regularly. 🙄

Once morning

Second month. Dd1 had been 1st try, then ds took 2. Dd2 was conceived with a mirena in so I'm pretty fertile (or was, thank goodness that's all behind me <strokes HRT patch>)

Never tried for DD, she just came along.

DS came along the first time we DTD after deciding we wanted another child.

3rd cycle.

12 months and lost two - months 9 and 10

18 months for our first, one month for our second

Might of been 4th actually.

2 years from deciding we wanted a second. Was a very difficult time.

6 months following IVF, 5 years of trying, 7 chemical pregnancies and diagnosed issues on both sides.

Didn’t even get to the point of wondering!
