Hi @Spockrates I’m 21 weeks and have no feelings or movement yet. I had an anterior placenta but it has moved to one side now apparently but I’m not worrying yet, as I’ve been told it’s perfectly normal and I’ve recently seen the baby moving well (dancing around in fact!) on a scan so I know it’s just that I’m not feeling it yet, not that the baby isn’t moving.

Is this your first baby too?

NeonBoomerang · 18/12/2022 09:48

That's perfectly normal if it's your first baby

Had/felt no movement until about week 26.

I'm pregnant with 1st baby and I had no movements until 22 weeks xxx

I’m 20 weeks, first baby, I’ve only just started feeling like a weird bubbling/gas sensation and it’s only been twice for about 10seconds in the evening/bed time. To be honest it could even be gas knowing me.

I attended my midwife the other day due to anxiety over no bump no movements. They said for first pregnancy totally normal to not feel up to 24wk, for other pregnancies normal up to 22wk. They did a wee heartbeat check and baby seems a-okay, they could even hear them moving, I just can't feel it!

@Blue2020 yh this is my first baby and I don't even feel any bubbling sensations, or flutters or anything like that but I'm looking so forward to it the wait is so hard when your so excited 😭
