36 weeks, no constipation issues, but the combo of being simply enormous AND not moving properly thanks to severe SPD has popped out a pile the size of a walnut. (I assume; I’ve only felt the bastard, not had a look.)

I’ve got Anusol but it’s barely taking the edge off ;what else do I need? Standing and sitting and walking is difficult enough with the SPD, could live without the “arse on fire” sensation when I move as well. Would a bath help? Getting in and out of one is such a pain in the arse I don’t want to try unless it cures the pain in my arse.

I don’t care if this thing dangles out of me forever, so long as it’s numb.

@TurkeyTrouble that sounds horrid! Really hoping it doesn't get that bad over here! Although at the moment the only relief I'm getting is at night whilst I'm sleeping 😭

I found laying down on my side helps.
Always wash after wiping bum, with fem soap or baby bath and a peri bottle of warm water.

Anusol cream (not ointment) can be soothing if it's burning. If there is itching, then use Canesten cream.

My GP prescribed 'instillagel' numbing gel to allow me to have bm. They are prefilled syringes that are used to numb skin before they put in canulas etc
