I am 6 weeks and 3 days. I have had the headaches, tiredness occasional nauseous. But not all the time and I don’t feel different.
I still have the breast tenderness. I don’t see midwife till week after next for my first appointment. I have noticed a change in my bowel habits too.

I’m worried as I don’t seem to be having morning sickness, when I felt nauseous it was in middle of night, and not always.
I no some people said they only got symptoms late on like after 7 weeks and some said 9.

Has anyone had similar or any advice please as I’m secretly worrying

Your symptoms sound normal to me, everybody reacts differently. Morning sickness doesn't just mean in the morning, mine was in the night. Some people have it all day! Try not to worry!

Your symptoms mirror mine actually I think your nausea is worse than I got.
Only symptoms I’ve shown have been mild headaches only around 5/6 times, need to wee more, sore boobs on and off and tbh that’s pretty much it.
I’ve had scans at 6,7 and 9 weeks (paid privately) and all looking great so far 🤞🏻
177bmp heartbeat and good growth since 7 weeks.
Sonographer and midwife told me to stop worrying and that some women don’t ever get sickness or other symptoms.
I’m now 9 weeks 3 days ish and symptoms haven’t changed midwife actually told me they will likely lessen due to placenta kicking in.

Sounds normal. Everyone’s symptoms vary massively and also they come and go and then come back. Some people have no symptoms at all. You could book a private scan if you are able to for some reassurance?

So symptoms do come and go at this stage? It’s been a lot time since I was pregnant and I can’t remember.
with my history won’t need a private scan, they will probably send me for one anyway

Yes they do.

Are you in the UK?

Honestly everyone is so different. I got a bit of nausea here and there probably between 6 and 11 weeks but was never actually sick, some days I would eat like a pig, some days couldn't stomach a thing. I know it's so difficult not to worry especially until you can start feeling movement but please try not to stress. Some people literally don't feel sick at all, some people puke 24/7 for the whole pregnancy.
If you have money book an early scan if it will reassure you (although I'd wait till at least 9 weeks) - I had a few extra scans and I'll be honest; it reassured me for a few hours and then I panicked again because a scan is only good for that minute in time

Pollywoddles · 19/11/2022 15:48

I didn’t have any nausea at all during my entire pregnancy. The only early symptoms I had were heartburn and foot cramps. My breasts didn’t get sore until 7ish weeks. I didn’t feel any different at all until then.

You will get an NHS scan at around 12 weeks (but could be 13/14 weeks) but you can book a private scan yourself at any time if you wish to. I had one at Window to the Womb when I was 7w5d and found it very reassuring.
