Came on a few hours ago, agonising stomach pains and it's explosive and so painful. I'm 24 weeks. Do I phone the ward or not? Or just deal with it at home? I worry about everything after a late loss last time

If you are concerned I’d phone the ooh GP and they will advise . Hope it gets better soon

Yes, phone the ward. They will be happy to check you out/reassure you.
Hope it's just a quick bug

I feel silly but I've had itching and burning in the vagina for a couple of days too so I'm worried it could be some sort of infection.. I'm worried I sound insane!

I'd phone 111/ OOH GP. It's not obstetric and the GP can advise appropriately

You have two separate issues, one which needs the gp, sounds like could be an infection like thrush. The other you need to just deal with at home for 48 hours and if it gets worse, you can’t keep fluids down or it persists for longer than that then you could seek medical advice.

You should phone the maternity unit. They will probably say just to keep an eye on things but they always say phone with any concerns and would rather you phones than left it, they are there to reassure you. Hope you feel better soon

You should call maternity.

Infections can cause early labour and diarrhoea can be a sign of labour. The both together, you should call and follow their advice.
