i know there's a few threads about this but I just wanted to be a little more specific for my situation in the hope for some reassurance.

I'm current 8+4 with my 4th baby. My first two children were boys and I had very little pregnancy symptoms with them in the first trimester, no nausea or anything. My third child, a little girl, I had absolutely horrendous nausea with (although I did move house in the first trimester and I think stress added to that). That went on til about 14 weeks and started around 7 or 8. I can't remember if I ever got the odd days break but I assume I must have because I was able to go on days out etc.

In this pregnancy I've had really bad nausea again but this time it started just before I was 6 weeks. I had an early scan at 6 weeks 6 days which showed a baby and a heartbeat and all was fine.

On Saturday I woke up not feeling too bad, went out for some food and didn't experience any nausea at all. I didn't have any yesterday and today I've woken up feeling fine. I'm still tired but I've not been sleeping well so I can't really put that down to pregnancy.

Like my last pregnancy I've not really had sore breasts so the main symptom I have for reassurance is nausea. Along with a constant feeling of being hungry - this is another symptom that disappeared on Saturday.

I'm just looking for any reassurance - I want to be able to enjoy this nausea free time but I'm a little worried it could be a sign something isn't right.

I think fluxuating symptoms are pretty normal (I'm a first timer currently 10+1 so I'm not overly experienced sorry!) but I have also had days of feeling fine for maybe 3/4 days and then things pick up again. If you are worried though, you're definitely in your right to speak to a midwife.
