Absolute must haves for baby?

I'm due my second in 3 months time. Everything feels so long ago since my first and I really need to start buying for this baby.
What are your absolute must haves?

Padded changing mat and lots of hand towels so baby goes on towel (which then gets washed!) not on the cold plastic.

Breastfeeding tops - Seraphine if you’re rich, Amazon if you’re not.

Lasinoh nipple lotion, use before / after feeds before you get sore nipples, don’t wait until they get sore.

A very big pile of nappies. Burts Bees nappy cream (I tried them all, this is the best imo).

A rucksack to use as nappy bag. Don’t get actual nappy bag they’re crap.

Numerous muslins.

We found that bouncing on a fitball was the trick to getting our newborn to sleep- he wasn't into rocking and didn't just fall asleep. Glad we happened to buy one before he was born.

As he got older the rocking chair helped get him to sleep.
