Not peeing enough - should I go to GP?

Going to pee all the time has never been a problem for me during the whole of my pregnancy. I've always felt very lucky about that.
But I'm now 5 months pregnant and worried that I am peeing even less, as the pressure (sorry if TMI) has definitely diminished in the last few days.
There is a possibility that I might not have drunk enough lately as water makes me feel a bit sick, but since I realised that I forced myself to drink again, but still no difference.
Could it be the weight of the uterus that blocks the pipes?
I have so far eliminated the possibility of it being pregnancy diabetes as I am not in the 3rd trimester yet, I am not overweight, I am caucasian, and there is no history of diabetes in my family. But maybe I should consider it?

Thanks for your help all - any ideas welcome!

I would go and see midwife. I have not heard of this. The weight of the uterus usually pushes on the bladder so it can hold less wee.

Could be a urinary infection ? at least in one of the preg diaries I read, it was a symptom in early stage ? I would ask your m/w.

Hmm - I also found that I am not weeing as much as I thought I would and am 26 weeks now. Didn't think anything of it really until now. Will def ask midwife if this is a problem.

During your second trimester you pee much less than before because your uterus has moved. Enjoy it while it lasts- that feeling of needing to wee every 10 minutes returns with a vengeance when your 3rd trimester begins!
