Missed miscarriage symptoms?

Hi all. I'm currently 5 weeks 3 days and absolutely terrified of having a miscarriage. Last week I had light cramping, my boobs were so sore I could barely touch them and I felt queasy. The last few days I've had hardly any of those symptoms, only my nipples are a bit tender and I haven't really felt sick. I haven't had any bleeding or spotting, but could this be a missed miscarriage? Can you please share your symptoms if you've had one please 😔 I'm a bit obsessed as my last pregnancy was a chemical. I have an early scan next Thursday.

I found out on my 8 week 1 day scan that the baby had stopped growing at 7 weeks 3 days. I was given medical management to pass it but didn’t seem to work. It wasn’t until 2.5 weeks later that it passed, only 2 days after that did it show a negative test which would have been almost 3 weeks from my scan date, 4 weeks since growing had stopped. @Bun14 I had surgical management 4 weeks after my pregnancy had stopped developing. My tests then went negative 3 weeks after surgery, so 7 weeks after my baby had died. They won't go negative all the while the pregnancy is still in your body in a mmc.
