Hello I'm wondering if anyone can give me some advice please..
I'm nearly 15 weeks pregnancy and I've been suffering really badly with headaches the last few weeks.. I'm on day 5 of this one and they are ruining my days 😩 I can't function and I feel so weak. Has anyone ever suffered with these sort and could talk me through it as it's making me so anxious ! Any advice is appreciated.. I've seen people going to hospital to be told it's normal so I just don't know.
in on aspirin to prevent the onset of preaclampsia and I'm also on labetetolol for high blood pressure. thanks in advance xxxx

I had migraine headaches when I was pregnant with DC1, so I can really sympathise. They started at around 11 weeks and stopped (just as suddenly) at around 18 weeks.

Talk to your GP. I was told that I could take paracetamol but, given the other drugs you're on, you need to check what you can take.

You have all my sympathy Flowers

I sympathise. I had migraine level headaches most days from about 6 weeks. They reduced to a few times a week from about 22 weeks. The pain clinic attached to the maternity unit told me I could take over the counter strength co-codamol to help me sleep as long as I stopped towards the end so it wouldn't be in DDs system when she was born. If you're struggling ask for a referral so they can look at your treatment as a whole.

GP here. To reassure, lots of women get hormonal headaches in pregnancy, which are horrid but nothing to worry about. However, as you are on labetolol, it's important that you get your blood pressure checked, as headaches can sometimes be a sign of raised BP. It will probably turn out to be fine, but it's important to check.

Thankyou for your replies, I suffer with migraines anyway but these are something else I'm at a check up tomorrow at hospital so I'll get them to check for me. It's hard cause nothing helps xx
