It really hurts, I do have abit of pgp/spd and my pubic bone is feeling it the most but omg today I walked around the local castle with ds (probably wasn't the wisest move I know) and I could barely make it back to the car. I was having Braxton hicks, awful pain under my bump and of course my pubic bone felt like it was going to snap. Oh and my feet were absolutely throbbing !! 😩😩

It isn't just me is it ?! Is this standard for this part of pregnancy or do we think it's a bit of the spd too?

I haven't been able to get round the local shop this last week due to having zero energy aswell. I feel like I'm really struggling now.

It's the SPD! I have it too this time around and really can't do much else I pay for it later! It really sucks, I'm sorry you're going through it! Have you looked it up online? There's lots of advice on how to sit and move etc to minimise the effects of it and you should be able to get a physio referral through your midwife or gp

Definately the SPD/PGP, ask your midwife/gp for a physio referral. I'm 32 weeks with baby number 3, I'm feeling heavy, uncomfortable and get Braxton Hicks when I do too much, but it isn't anywhere near painful like you describe x

Thanks ladies.
My midwife said she'd refer me at 24 weeks and still haven't heard anything back !
It really flared up at 17 weeks and it was all on my sacroilliac joint and hip, got much better for the majority of the second trimester and now has ramped back up again. It's mainly my pubic bone and under my bump which hurts the most. But now my hips are starting again when I'm in bed.
I notice aswell if I've been sitting or lying down for a long time then get up it is so so painful until I kind of walk it out and loosen up again

OP are you sleeping with a pillow between your legs? One that keeps your hips, knees and ankles Lined up? I find I get awful burning pain in my hips if I don't. This pregnancy I've indulged in the bhugeme pillow and my body has thanked me x

It's the SPD. I'm sorry, it's shit. By the time I went on mat leave I could barely shuffle I was in so much pain. I had physio in the year after I had my child because it was still causing me problems, and she advised I should have been in a wheelchair or at least had crutches. This was never even mentioned. I had one group physio session at 37 weeks which just told me everything I'd already read online.

My advice would be to go private if you possibly can. I've read threads since on here of people who had private physio including manipulation and left able to walk without pain. Have a good Google and see what you can find.
