Anti JKA anti body - questions

Hi
when I was pregnant with my 1st child I found out I was rhesus negative blood type and was explained to about the anti d injection. When baby was born I didn’t need the anti d injection as his blood type was the same as mine.
I am now 9 weeks pregnant with baby no. 2 and have been told that anti JKA antibodies have shown in my blood. The midwife who informed me basically told me that she had no information on it to give me but it was ‘clinically significant’ and it would be explained to me by a doctor at my 12 week app (3 weeks away) where my partners blood would also be taken.
I have been left quite worried and in the dark but have done a bit of research.
Does these antibodies indicate that my baby is definitely RH positive or is there still a chance that baby is RH negative?(considering partner is RH neg too.)
If baby is RH neg then why has my body created these antibodies?

Any information would be appreciated - thank you

Hi, hope you’re well.

I”ve just discovered I have antibodies too.

what did the dr tell you? Are you and the baby ok?

found that antibodies can be created by a bleed in pregnancy, a previous miscarriage (maybe one not detected), etc, see more here
