Rubbish Midwifery care

I had my first son in 2019 and had great care. I'm only 9 weeks but the care I have had this time round is really crap tbh.

Midwife never replies or responds to any of my calls or messages over the past three weeks, had booking appt over phone hut still no blood tests booked. Still hasn't sent me my exemption certificate when she said she would email it after my booking appointment weeks ago and I have chased. Ignored me when I asked about taking aspirin as was advised to take it last time but not by her this time. I got my scan date through hut its not for my hospital that I chose in my city thats 5 mins away but one in a different county over half an hours drive away which will be impossible for me as I dont drive atm and have a three year old.l as no childcare that week.

Is this just the state of midwifery care in the nhs now or should I change midwife? Im trying to be patient with her

To clarify

I had no need to contact my midwife this early on in my last pregnancy because she went over everything with me and everything was sorted at the booking appt.

I have only had to contact my midwife this time because she didn't ask me family history questions in my booking appointment, hasn't booked my bloods (usually done at booking appt but she was working from home with a sprained ankle so said she would book them separately) She is the one who told me to text her my email so she could send me my certificate but just hasn't

Rang central line about scan appointment and they said it was a mistake she put the wrong wring nearest hospital so they have moved my scan to my local hospital now

Wish people would read all the initial post and my responses I literally outline why I have had to contact her

assuming it's bc it's AUgust and there is a shortage of midwives. I would take aspirin anyway. I took it to help ttc and then at 8 week appt midwife suggested I double it to 150mg since I'm over 42 - no other risks. At UCLH in LOndon you don't see the same midwife twice but can send an email to the general address. I asked for my exemption cert by email after the 8 week appt as wanted to see my dentist as I hear pregnancy messes with your teeth. Good luck and keep trying - even if you are expecting 'too much' it's your right to have questions answered, it may be that due to reasons above there are delays though.
