HELP! Worrying about toxoplasmosis

Hello, hopefully looking for reassurance.

I’ve recently found out I’m almost 5 weeks pregnant and am now worrying because in the last couple of weeks I’ve eaten:

-Camembert (baked for 10 mins and with pasteurised milk)
-Unwashed garden grown broad beans- owner has a cat.
-Parma ham (uncooked)

I also have a cat and am exposed to the litter tray

Would I get ill/have symptoms if any of these had caused me/baby harm??

Please help.

Thank you

Baked camembert is fine in pregnancy
I assume you removed the beans from the pod before eating
Unlikely to get anything from the parma ham.
Make sure you wash your hands if handling soiled cat litter.

The broad beans presumably were in their pods when they were in the garden and cooked before they were eaten?
Nothing you can do about past contact with ham, cheese or litter tray, but just avoid them in future.
Wash all fruit and veg going forward (good habit anyway) and wash your hands after dealing with the cat.
Try to keep a sense of proportion / try not to worry. The world is full of things which could potentially harm your baby (before or after its birth); your job is to do all you can to minimise the small risks.

Soft mould ripened and blue cheeses can be cooked to make them safe. The same is true of cured meats although you can also freeze cured meats for a few days to make them safer to eat
