Panicking about contact with livestock

Hello!

First time posting on Mumsnet and a bit of a random one.
I'm 27 weeks pregnant and took my toddler to see some farm animals this morning. We were feeding the goats and a goat coughed directly into my face at the exact moment I breathed in. I know this might sound ridiculous but I am really panicking about this and whether I could have exposed me and the baby to risk. I know that you're supposed to avoid sheep and other livestock during lambing season etc due to infections but does anyone know if I could have picked something up by this goat coughing at me and me breathing it in? I've done as much reading as I can. I know I could phone the midwife/health visitor etc about this but I have a feeling they'll give a vague reply.

I'm a really cautious person, I have 'safety' and 'responsibility' OCD so am constantly weighing up risks and danger and if I feel I've put myself or my family at unnecessary risk it's something I find really difficult to deal with.
I'm so worried about what's happened, especially as this goat gave birth two weeks ago (I went and checked with the farm staff and when I explained my concerns they didn't seem to think there'd be a problem).

Thank you in advance for any advice.

I'm a farmers wife. I lived here during both pregnancies. I worked with horses, dogs, cattle, goats and sheep. I did not go in the lambing shed or touch afterbirth when sheep lambed.

So in my opinion you will be fine. More likely it spluttered on whatever it was eating and gave you a nice shower. Lovely.

Unless it also gave you a massive snog I'm pretty sure you'll be fine.
