OK, I have not had a MC but I have been PG once. If you had a v full bladder then let it all out at once there will have been a big space for you uterus to fill. With LO in there now you will feel the movement and at such an early stage poss still get cramps. Please don't panic. Was there any blood? I used to feel a bit dizzy!

I suggest you put your feet up and chill out for an hour then go to the loo again and have a look.

Lots of people around tonight to give you better advice but I had to answer you, you must be very stressed.

Are you on the PG after MC thread? If not go and have a look, they are a great group who can give you their wisdom

BabyEllsBells I miscarried on 09NOV2007 and am now pregnant again at 9W+4D. So basically I can relate to your situation quite well. Often I get the odd pain after I tinkle, especially if my bladder was very full. It's a little tight in that area right now so when the bladder empties things "re-adjust" for lack of a better word. That re-adjustment might give you a quick pain here or there. You could also be experiencing twinges from your ovary as at this early stage it's producing loads of progesterone in order to sustain the pregnancy. The progesterone can irritate things a little on the inside, even causing or not helping at least cyst(s) that can set up shop on your ovaries after they pop the egg out. All this is not troublesome or long term or cause for miscarriage alarm. Best wishes for a healthy and well pregnancy.
