TMI picture....please tell me this isn't a miscarriage pending...

I've just been to the toilet and had this when I wiped. It's not quite blood...just tinged slightly ... Has anyone had this and been fine? I'm about 5weeks I'm terrified I'm going to have another miscarriage

At 5 weeks it could be implantation bleeding...

It's really hard but at this very early stage it's just a waiting game. Try to avoid getting on the treadmill of early scans. I know how tempting it is but through my pregnancy attempts (BFP four times - only one of them leading to a successful pregnancy) I eventually learned that being seen at the EPU for an early scan actually helped very little. At 6 weeks they might see a pregnancy that's looking fine but it's still common to miscarry at 7–8 weeks. Or at 6 weeks they might see an empty yolk sac and tell you to come back in a week. Basically there's nothing to be gained by a scan as it doesn't give any real indication of whether the pregnancy is viable as it's just so early.

When I had a MC I had no warning. It was picked up on a scan. No bleeding, nothing.

However with my subsequent pregnancy I brown spotting everyday until 16wks. They saw clots in my uterus which disappeared by 20wks. I was so stressed the whole time.

With my second child I had a few days spotting and so many, many cramps. I had early scans and I was convinced I was miscarrying the whole first trimester.

I really hope it is nothing. Pregnancy is such a worrying time if you've been through a loss.

I had implantation bleeding with the second baby too. I was convinced my period was about to start.

Should mention that the spotting until 16 wks is now a 6'4" teenager.

Both pregnancies with spotting ended up with healthy babies born around their due date.

I'm just on a rollercoaster one minute completely thinking the worst and then the next convincing myself it's really nothing.

The GP was too busy to call and sent a text after hours to advise to call again tomorrow if I wish to be added to tomorrow's telephone appointments.

Well it's stopped, there's nothing there but what I would expect to see when I wipe now - clear or milky....

There's been no bleeding or pain - but I know from last time that that doesn't mean everything is ok.

But I've still not managed to see anyone so I guess it's just wait til 12 week scan to know for sure.
