Remedies for severe headaches first trimester

Currently in my 9th week of pregnancy and I am getting the worst headaches. I have never experienced such intense headaches.

I don't really want to take medication for this. Is there anything that helped I.e natural remedies or things that I can try?

@Leaf86 thank you- I bought the 4head stick hoping it will work. my consultant said to avoid any meds where possible especially in first trimester since that's the most important developmental stage. That includes paracetamol too. Not judging anyone who takes it but it's just what I prefer to do 🤷🏻‍♀️.

I’m 16 weeks and had awful headaches this week. I drank loads more than usual and used a obas nasal stick that I kept sniffing and it did help my headache go away.
