Hey!

On Tuesday I found out I was pregnant. I have had 6 consecutive losses with no living children. On Tuesday I took a clear blue which was faint, last night I took a first response which looked stronger and this morning I took another first response and it looks fainter again. I’m a bit worried this is another chemical pregnancy. I will be around 4w 5 days. Has anyone had anything similar

Hey op, so sorry to hear of your losses. That must be so hard to deal with 💐 but congrats on your recent bfp, I hope it's a sticky bean for you.

I have had two chemical pregnancies/ early losses in the last 6 months while TTC our second. It's heartbreaking so I know a little of how you feel.

Re line progression, both your FRERs look similar to me and have clear lines. How many dpo are you? I would stop testing for a couple days now and then test again once the hormones have had more of a chance to rise. Everyone is different and the strength of the line is a lot to do with when you implanted.

During my last pregnancy a couple months ago I got completely obsessed with testing every day, sometimes twice a day and worried myself sick about how the lines weren't progressing. It sadly did turn out to be a chemical/ early loss and I MC at 4+6. The advice I got from others on Mumsnet was to put away the tests. What will be will be and usually there is nothing we can do to stop a MC if it's coming. I have just had another bfp at 11dpo today, so I'm obviously very happy but also a bit nervous. I've decided to test for a bit longer but only do every two days, at the same time of day (morning) and using the same tests (FRer). This is also advice I got, if I had to test. I think it's good advice! I tested at 9dpo and had a v faint line then waited till today to do it again and had a good solid line so even just seeing that progression made me feel better. Testing every day means the hormones often don't have time to rise.

Have you seen any medical professionals about your recurring losses? Even if they are chemicals and not later miscarriages you should be able to be seen by specialists after so many. It may be something relatively simple like a hormone imbalance which can be easy treated. Do you feel supported/ do you have ideas for how to increase your chances of a healthy pregnancy? X
