Progesterone… is front or back best?

Hey all, I’ve been prescribed progesterone after multiple miscarriages and told to use it as soon as I get a positive test… which I got a few days ago and have started using them. I’ve been told you can use them vaginally or anally but was wondering if there’s a difference in effectiveness between the two methods? Obviously round the front door use makes a lot more mess and I don’t really like option two but want to do whatever gives me the best chance of carrying to term 🤞

I did vaginally. I'm 37 weeks though today, after 3 losses; good luck!

I was told by my doctor to only use them vaginally as they’re more effective that way so I guess we’re all told different things. I was on them until 16 weeks when they gave me another weeks worth at half the dose so I wasn’t stopping them suddenly. I don’t think it matters, but it helped my anxiety over stopping them. Coming off them was very scary, I didnt trust my body to know what to do by itself but so far it’s all been okay
