And here it is at 18 dpo. Can't stop looking at it.

Just wondering if anyone has any tips on nausea? It comes and goes in waves but yesterday was so bad 😔

Congratulations. Stem ginger biscuits lessened the nausea for me.

Congratulations!!

I think what helps with nausea can be very specific to you. Despite everyone saying ginger I couldn't go near it 🤢 but cereals, fizzy drinks and bacon were the only things that helped me and I pretty much survived on these for the first 12 weeks!

Congratulations 🎉

I suffered with sickness with both my dds in the first trimester. More so with DD2. It was worse if I was hungry. I wouldn't actually feel hungry just really sick and if I didn't eat would end up vomiting. I'd advise eating little and often rather than bug meals. I used to munch on dry crackers as they are the most boring thing in in the world 😂
I think things with ginger are supposed to help alleviate the sickness feeling ie ginger biscuits, ginger ale etc but I don't like ginger so can't comment on that. 🤮
If it makes you feel any better it should (hopefully) get better by the second trimester. Then you'll be hungry all the time and eat constantly

I agree with the above, I didn't get it badly at all, but mild nausea popped up if I let my stomach get empty. So....regular intake of crackers it was.

I found having something in my bedside cabinet and eating as soon as I opened my eyes in the morning really helped, it seemed to set me up for the day. If I didn't eat immediately I'd be sick and then feel off all day. And then small snacks throughout the day helped
