Can someone please read these notes ? I have no idea what the writing says 🤣

This is from a few weeks ago , I was measured and told baby bump was small, got to hospital and scan said baby to big

I met with doctor and he said baby measuring but no real concern (had this with my last, told me he would be massive and was 7lb 9 and full term )

The doctors said if I've not had baby by 40 weeks they would induce me, but i can't see that on these notes, but I can't actually understand a work of it!

1st baby they mention the shoulder dystopia as el , said he would be 9lb + , he was 7lb 9lb and there was no problems with delivery! I'm assuming they are just being cautions 🤷‍♀️

No idea what it says but looks very similar to some writing in my notes which was equally illegible - pretty sure it's the same writing!
