how on gods earth do you feel a twing in your ovary tube?i suspect i'm pregnant and could possible be 3 weeks and i'm getting these weird feelings down there..but dont know whether its normal or not...look at mei could just be premenstral!lol

Congratulations ladies.
Lots of changes down there. I'm 22 weeks with second baby and still getting anxious about all sorts of twinges!
Don't worry! they come and go and move on to new areas all the time.
If what you worry about is an ectopic, worry not. If it was, I think you'd get a sharp decisive pain signal that would not go away.

i thought it would be nothing to worry about too, thanks

Congratulations

I had sore ovary with dd2, turned out it was a cyst caused by pg hormones and after 20 weeks it had gone. Midwife said it was nothing to worry about. If you are worried talk to your GP/midwife, its always best to get these things checked out.

I also had some pains around the ovary early on and it turned out to be a cyst at 7-week scan which disappeared at 10 weeks

Hi Lulumama! Had my 20-week scan today - one of the twins is a boy, the other wasn't playing ball and she couldn't tell! I think it is a girl (just instinct) They are both absolutely fine though.

(Sorry for hijack)

I always get this - I assume it's the embryo embedding properly. Don't worry, all is well.

I had really bad pains in my left side (ovary) when I was 4-7 weeks pregnant. Doctor did an internal and said she could feel that it wasn't ectopic as she said you can feel a pregnant uterus. So at 7 weeks i had a scan and the baby was in the right place. I still get twinges and things on that side now, and I suspect that it's IBS related and actually the bowel/intestine rather than my ovary, it just feels like my ovary. I think it's normal to have hideous cramps at first (or all the way through if you're me) but if you're properly worrying about it, you may as well go to the docotrs and get checked. I practically moved in my doctors for the first 18 weeks
