Hi all.

I'm 36+1 and for the past 3 days every day I've been losing my mucus plug, I've had really painful lower left back pain since last Saturday.
I spoke to midwife yesterday and she told me to keep an eye on it things that it could be happening already as you can have back labour and as I'm high risk due to health problems if I get any painful contractions I'm to go in.
This is my 2nd baby with my DD I was induced so I don't know what spontaneous labour is like
When did everyone lose there's and how close to labour?
Thank you

@traveltheworld1986

I had an epidural at 9cm with my DD. It definitely was not ideal because I could barely stay still but it can be done.
Is that why they told me you can't have one after 5cm because they don't believe you can stay still because of the pain?

I ended up getting one as she got stuck and I was prob 9cm at that point.

I don't think it will be too long now op. Are you getting excited?
