Asprin in early pregnancy

Ive had 3 miscarriages now and been told ive got factor 5 leiden heterozygous blood clotting mutation. Ive not had a lot of help so far except been told to start taking aspirin and heparin injections from 6 weeks pregnancy however i cannot even make it to 6 weeks! Ive done my own research and seen a lot of people who've had multiple mc have taken low dose aspirin from 1dpo or BFP. Just wanted to hear from anyone who did this and was successful and what dosage 75 or 150?

I started from BFP with 75mg at first and then later upped it to 150mg, can't remember exactly when but it was due to reading other posts on MN saying the guidance had changed and the recommended dosage was now 150mg.

I don't have any recognised clotting disorder, all my tests came back normal. I only had basic bloods done through GP rather than through recurrent miscarriage clinic as I "only" had two losses, but did my own research and started myself on low dose aspirin when I got pregnant again. I'm now 34 weeks along! I was also on cyclogest for the first 12 weeks.

I started taking 75mg at the beginning of the cycle that was successful (23 weeks now), so weeks before ovulation because it seemed to me that those tiny tiny blood vessels that are being formed at implantation would be sensitive to blockages/sticky blood. So I wanted to give that a chance! Plus the 75mg wouldn't hurt anything. My Gyn changed it to 150mg at my detailed 12week scan/NIPT test due to risk factors for preeclampsia.

I then started on progesterone 2 days after ovulation (determined by BBT tracking).

My situation was a little different in that I had IVF and was prescribed 75mg of aspirin and also cyclogest pessaries to use after my embryo transfer. I used them for 12 weeks and had a successful pregnancy.
Two years later I fell pregnant naturally didn’t have the aspirin or cyclogest and miscarried at 7 weeks. I’d take the aspirin so long as there are no other medical reasons why you shouldn’t. Good luck.

I have suspected F5 also and I am on 150mg aspirin daily to be followed by 6 weeks of injections. I had 2 MC prior to this where I was not taking aspirin. I am now 25 weeks and took it from when I found out I was pregnant. Please also ask for progesterone when you find out as if you've had multiple MC they are supposed to now give you this X

Def take aspirin if you have a tendency to clot. I have antiphospholipid syndrome (sticky blood) & had a MC (around 7 weeks) & MMC found around 8 weeks. I was told to take 75mg from ovulation then upped to 150mg when got BFP & also prescribed 5,000ml fragmin injections for whole of pregnancy & 6 weeks beyond. In this third pregnancy I also used up my own supply of former ivf cyclogest until I could get prescribed it at successful scan at 6 weeks from my EPU. I'm now 33 weeks pregnant. I def think that, and the progesterone worked to keep this pregnancy
