Prams and travel systems

Having a nightmare trying to decide what travel system to get.

Ideally want one that's 2 in 1 that's interchangeable with pram and car seat. Not fussed about a stroller as won't need one for a few years anyways but like being able to clip the car seat on to the base when shopping etc.

Also looking for one that's a bit more compact and neat. The ones I've seen so far are massive and very bulky.

Anyone got any recommendations?? I'm 30 weeks just now so I should really start getting my pram and things now

I agree with pps about the Ocarro, I love ours. Love the sturdiness, the one handed fold, the way it steers, and it also looks very stylish and high quality. The bassinet being outgrown is irrelevant as you don't need to 'upgrade', you simply switch to the pushchair bit of the pram that's already included which can lie flat and be either parent or world facing. The only downside is the heaviness of the system but if you're only taking it in and out of the car boot then it's not really an issue.

I had a Joie litetrax last time which was lovely as it folds with one hand and fits in the boots of my mini. I put the carrycot on the front seat when we needed that bit. However the versatrax is world and patient facing and looking very tempting.
