When does implantation occur?

At what point does implantation occur?

I had positive OPK's on the 23rd and 24th Feb.

Then a bleed from the afternoon of the 10th to 13th March although on the 13th it was just brown when I was wiping after going to the toilet (shorter than my usual periods) could this have been implantation or not?

I am trying to concentrate on this new cycle now CD10 if the above wasn't implantation and was infact my period but I do feel a few pregnancy symptoms 😬 unless I'm just imagining things!!

Implantation occurs anywhere from between 5 and 12 days after ovulation. You'd be testing positive on a pregnancy test long before now if that wasn't a period.

The last time I tested was 6th March and it was a negative test result. Does that mean it was definitely my period that I had from the 10th - 13th March?!

Day 6-8 post ovulation. Giving you a positive pregnancy test depending on how sensitive anytime from 7dpo. With my last baby I got the faintest of faint lines at 7dpo. I also had implantation bleeding with my first baby it was on 6dpo in the afternoon after an hour or so of mild cramping, went to the bathroom and wiped it was creamy cm with a tiny blob of pink! I knew from that second I was pregnant

Hmm, really not so sure whether mine was implantation, either way I'm trying again this cycle.

🤞🤞🤞

I don't think you're pregnant hun x
Implantation happens on average 6-12 days after ovulation, and the most sensitive tests will pick up a positive a couple days after that. At 3 weeks after ovulation you should have had a positive pregnancy test a long ago now.

Also implantation bleeding is a bit of a myth. The small bleeds women get that are called implantation bleeding don't happen around implantation but around when their period would have been due, and there is no physical reason why implantation should cause a bleed. So it's a misnomer, really.

The bleed I had was around the time my period was due @GinnyBee. I tested 6th March and it was Neg. I don't know if it was implantation or my period. Either way I'm ttc again this cycle currently CD10 so we shall see what happens 😊

I don't understand why you don't just take a pregnancy test then you'll know now that you're not pregnant and can focus on this cycle.
