Pregnancy nausea lunch ideas?

Hi all,
I'm 8 weeks and struggling with nausea that makes me not want to eat much at lunchtime but if I don't eat, I feel worse. At the weekends I can just pick at home but I work through the week so need things I can prep. I've been having bread but I never fancy anything in it so end up having crisp sandwiches which I know aren't good for me! Thought about pasta in sauce but the sauce made me gag. Also not a salad person 🙈 so I'm here to see what ideas you lovely ladies have for easy-to-stomach lunches. All ideas much appreciated!

Crackers were pretty much all I could stomach when pregnant. You could have pots of things to go on them and pick whichever you fancied at the time.

Survived on fruit and pomm bears for a good 12 weeks before the nausea stopped! Maybe start trying fruits/ fresh veg.

@Bulbasaur90 hey, I’m 15+5 now and have been lucky enough not to be totally sick but was repulsed by things I loved before like garlic, onions and kale! Sometimes i’d make a meal for me, my partner and the other farm workers here, and then I wouldn’t be able to eat it! I found having plain whole things around so I could improvise when I was hungry worked. I.e tofu with soy sauce, pasta & oil, tinned chickpeas with s&p.... there were occasions when I just ate a whole cucumber, or a load of bananas! I found myself craving carbs and sugar at the beginning... so I tried making some healthier cakes and cookies. I’m still getting put off food quite easily so just trying to keep things simple. Snacking on walnuts, almonds and dates I find a safe filling nutritious snack/meal. I hope this helps! Good luck finding what works for you :)

Def fresh fruit (a lot of melon, weirdly) and and veggies helped me. Altho it wasn't what I wanted to reach for, it helped when I ate it.

Thank you all for your replies ❤ definitely going to need to shop for fresh fruit and veggies. Thinking I might batch cook some baked potatoes too that I can quickly reheat and I can add filling if I feel up to it.

I lived on mild cheese/Edam. Put it on pasta, jacket potatoes, crackers, toast.
Or pasta with a knob of butter and sprinkle of salt.
Lots of apple juice, even more fizzy water.
Had a sudden love of red peppers which I normally pick out of salads. Started eating them whole like an apple.
And others have said, picking throughout the day. I remember routinely having 2 mini breakfasts, and grazing all afternoon.

The only thing I can stomach at lunchtime at the moment is those little lunchable things that come with crackers ham and cheese. Very immature but I'm right off sandwiches at the moment and I can eat the lunchable over an hour or two, which helps.

I ate Krackawheat or cheese sandwiches for the first 12 weeks. Pretty much one or the other on repeat the entire time. The next 2 trimesters were the opal fruits and curry months.

All I can eat is super noodles 😂 and I’m 20 weeks haha

I preferred cold meals when nauseated so I'd have:

Crackers with cheese
Crackers with cream cheese and cucumber slices
Bowl of cereal
Fruit and yogurt cup or a smoothie
Hard boiled egg, grapes, carrot sticks, crackers
Pasta salad
