Hi I'm a 1st time mum and nearly 6 weeks, omg I feel so sick all the time, any help appreciated

Thank you for the advice about eating every 2 hours. I've started doing this and I wasn't sick yesterday so 🤞🏻 I've also gone properly beige with my diet - bread, cheese, crisps, Heinz spaghetti - and that feels easier on my insides.

Oh glad it helps I find I actually feel sick when I need food it's becoming a joke now as its getting less than 2 hours, I'm going to be the size of a house!!! Oh and fizzy lilt for some reason or tango orange

It feels so counterintuitive to eat food when I feel like I'm going to be sick 😬
I keep wanting random stuff. I'm really "craving" jam swiss roll but we live semi rural and are restricted on shop choice. I'm still really struggling to drink 😔 had to have 2 cans of full fat coke today to get some fluids in. Everything tastes and feels horrible in my mouth. I've been making my own fizzy orange by adding lemonade to fresh orange. That's ok.

Well that will teach me to be cocky and think I've cracked it 😩
I asked baby for a sign everything was ok earlier and then I'm sick a couple of hours later!

I'm off to tenerife on friday and dreading the flight already lol, it should be called all day sickness!!
