Should I go to my local maternity unit?

So about 3 days ago I had really bad pain in my right rib for 2 nights in a row. Super painful, sharp, stabbing sensations, but it felt pretty much like bad trapped gas. It stopped after the 3rd day but now I still have this really mild ache just underneath my right rib. Is this something to be concerned about and should I go to my local maternity ward? Baby is still moving around tonnes as usual and I don't have any other issues, no blurry vision or nausea or anything like that.

I had this a few weeks ago, it was so painful that I couldn't sleep for two nights. I couldn't lie on my left side at all, being upright was better but still really uncomfortable, and lying on my right was the only position where I got some relief. I rang my GP mainly to get advice on what pain killers I'm allowed to take, and he sent me to triage just to be sure. They did tests to rule out complications like heart attack and blood clot in lungs (PE). It was just costochondritis - inflammation in the cartilage where ribs attach to the sternum due to uterus growing and pushing my rib cage out.

It's more than likely that, but never hurts to get checked out! Pregnancy makes you more at risk for other stuff too.
