Am I pregnant or could this be something worse?

Hi all!
I'm new to posting in here but I read a lot of threads since my pregnancy with twin babies in 2019 ended in miscarriage.
I'm 43 and not actively trying for a baby. I'm convinced I'm in perimenopause but my doc thinks that's hogwash. He's a guy sooo...
Anyhow I had a normal period on Nov 18th 2021. I then had some light brown spotting on Dec 4th and 5th. I thought nothing of it because again the irregular periods I've had in the last year led me to believe I'm in perimenopause.
But around the middle of February I had a weird feeling telling me to take a pregnancy test. In the evening mind you so not fmu. It was a pink dye. I have 2 teenage Daughters and a 24 year old Daughter so I'm pretty familiar with the instructions. To my shock, low and behold, it was positive in under the 3 minute mark.
Fast forward to today, March 5th, and I have since taken somewhere between 5 and 2 million tests. Both pink dye and clear blue. Morning and evening urine. ALL FAINT LINES, positive but FAINT in under the 3 minute mark. I know what pregnancy "feels" like and I don't feel pregnant. I'm a DD cup naturally but with every pregnancy miscarriages and successful, my boobs are ginormous. I know every pregnancy can be different but that's just my personal experience. But I've had no symptoms. None. Aside from occasional nausea but I attribute that to stress.
I'm wondering if anyone has had this happen? I'm deathly afraid of the few other "reasons" that we as woman would produce detectable HCG. What are the chances of cervical or ovarian cancer giving faint positives each time!? I've had cancerous cells in my cervix for a while and have upcoming punch biopsies but I've never had multiple faint positives. I've also read a lot of people saying menopausal women can produce low amounts but my endocrinologist told me a while back that isn't true. I don't know what's going on but maybe some similar stories would give me insight?
I do have an appointment with my oncologist on the 10th of March but I'm driving myself mad here. There's no way it could be a pregnancy with consistent light lines and no symptoms right?
ANY input would help. I'm an orphan and all I have is my Daughters and my partner but I have no one to talk to about this because I don't want to worry them

Also @gunnersgold my booster was in November... The timing is absolutely strange! I never coincided these events as I had not heard of that as a side effect. I don't have social media and I try to stay away from the news because of all of the false propaganda surrounding covid vaccines.

So just to update everyone in case anyone experiences this in the future, I'm currently at the ER. Urine pregnancy test shows negative. They are running a slew of blood work, from HCG to white blood cell count etc.
But my instincts telling me I was not pregnant despite the positive tests were right. I think we all should listen to our gut more.
Also, it has been confirmed to me yet again that PERIMENOPAUSE CAN NOT cause a rise in HCG. So that is ruled out.
I hope for the best for all of you in your ventures and I thank you again for your insight.
Take care and peace be with you.

@RedVelvet27 how did you get on? I realise your In USA and I’m U.K so the time difference I think is quite big, it’s 6:40am here and it says you posted at 1:50am. Did your blood results come back? What level is your hcg?
Some odd people don’t class a positive pregnancy test as a positive unless the line is dark which they did the same with me with my last baby he told me I was not pregnant when I went in at 4 weeks for bleeding. I was pregnant he took my hcg it was 94

@Nikki037297 hello! So from where I am in America it's 12:46 a.m. now as I'm in the Central standard time zone.
The emergency room did both a urine test for pregnancy as well as several blood tests including HCG level screening and white blood cell etc. While my HCG Is at an absolutely low minimally detective rate they are certain it is not pregnancy. Perimenopause does not produce HCG except for perhaps in rare situations with a contributing factor such as pituitary issues. So with the below 5 but above 0 HCG they knew something was off.
When I first arrived I actually had a decently high fever that I was not aware of. I mentioned in my original query that I'm a Mom to 2 teens and a 24 year old Daughter and I work and blabla so I guess it just didn't hit me that my tiredness and sore body was fever ridden. Hence multiple tests, and the outcome long story short is that I have either an infection or a form of cancer that elevates HCG and also causes bloating and tiredness etc.
I go for a scan this week.
But process of elimination i.e. finding out for certain it isn't pregnancy and also that several faint positives and no symptoms and no bleeding out of miscarriage do mean something. Listening to our bodies and 6th sense is so important. There's still a slim chance it's an infection from blighted ovum or eptopic but it is gearing more towards growth of a tumor or spreading of the squamous cells in my labia and cervix of which I already have an oncologist for. This week I'll have all the answers but as for the continuos faint positives, knowing there are very few and only few things that trigger production of HCG, eliminating pregnancy was critical.
As much as I have watched and read these forums since my twin miscarriage in 2019 I have gained a lot of insight but was hard pressed to find answers on so many faint positives when they WEREN'T chemical pregnancies or early pregnancies or miscarriages
Maybe sharing this story will help some in knowing to look further; if HCG is present and you rule out pregnancy whether it's viable or not keep looking for an answer! This isn't dopamine or seratonin it's a very specific hormone and we should all understand and listen to the amazing temple that is our body.
Baby dust and health and peace to you all.
