Praying this isn't happening again

I'm just over 9 weeks pregnant and woken up with brown spotting. I've got very mild backache and abdominal cramps (comes and goes) but I'm scared that yet another loss is happening. I've had bad morning sickness throughout which stopped on Monday. I had a scan at 7 weeks and a strong heartbeat was found. I'm home with DD today as it's half term and DH is at work so I couldn't even go to the EPU if I wanted to but I don't see the point as I have a 10 week scan booked for next Monday. I just feel so dejected that this could be happening again. I am using progesterone pessaries vaginally twice a day so I don't know if that could be causing it?

Thank you everyone. I just called the midwife because the sonographer gave me a letter to give to them but I was a bit concerned as it said in the letter that a small subchorionic haemorrhage was picked up during the scan which is what's causing the bleeding. Both the sonographer and the midwife I spoke to on the phone didn't seem too concerned, just that it may cause more episodes of bleeding. It's just such a worrying time but from what I've read online they're quite common?

Great news!

Good news. Yes, not uncommon to have bleeding with that cause. I actually just came on to say that progesterone pessaries used vaginally can definitely cause spotting - use them rectally instead.
