Worry wart wondering about early symptoms of pregnancy

I am about 5 weeks pregnant and wondering how soon I can expect some 'real' symtoms of pregnancy to kick in. All I've had so far is very occasional slight feelings of nausea and possibly my boobs are bigger. Otherwise I feel completely normal. Am I worrying for nothing - is is too early to feel as 'sick as a dog'? Can I expect to gradually feel worse? I'd feel relieved if I did! Is a lack of symptoms a sign of things going wrong? Is it true than the sicker you are the healthier your pregnancy is? I was also wondering that if you are prone to bad sea sickness and other nausea when not pregnant, are you prone to getting worse nausea during pregnancy? Almost like a 'nausea threshold'.

Sorry about all the questions but I don't want to tell any of my friends who have babies yet!

And STOP testing! Spend the money on something nice instead.

I had that. Sounds like you are at the right stage for implantation bleeding. If that's all there is, should be OK.

fells, what you've been having sounds a bit like what I've been having - tiny spots you wouldn't see if you weren't really looking. Despite having run off for 1000s of scans during the first few weeks (was particularly anxious cos of previous m/c) the doc never found a reason or site for the bleeding. This might also be the case for you. Hang in there and maybe ask for a scan when you're 6 weeks or so, if you're still worried. With me, this pg a heartbeat could be seen at 6w 3d.
Correct me anyone if I'm wrong, but isn't the clear blue digital test the one that just says 'pregnant' or 'not pregnant' instead of spots/lines (the idea being that you get an 'unambiguous' answer)?
