I know this is very early days as I am only 8+3 from my scan on Monday at EPU but I am suffering badly with hyperemesis & feeling quite low. To try to help keep me positive, the doctor suggested thinking of the longer term & trying to focus on when baby comes. Blush This will be our first baby & he/she is due middle of September.

I am wondering generally what sorts of prams/pushchair sets I would be looking for and do they have seasonal designs etc? For example I have noticed quite a few light coloured or even flowery designs that look ready for summer at the moment.

I am obviously not going to buy these items for a long time yet but wondering if there may be Autumn colours/collections for example & when would be best to buy one?

Also open to any other tips to help keep me feeling less awful Flowers

Think more about functionality and how you're going to use it than designs. From what I've seen, it's only a few brands that do designs as such, most are pretty subdued block colours - greys, blacks, whites, blues.

These are some questions you should think about:
Are you in town or countryside?
Will you need to be able to carry it upstairs?
Does it need to fold up small to fit into the car?
Do you want the carrycot to be certified safe for overnight sleeping?
How important is it to be made of wipe clean material?
Do you want it to be able to convert to a double in the future?

I wouldn’t aim for something seasonal, ideally you will want to use it for over 12 months (so in all seasons).
