Debilitating fatigue - need help

Hi girls,
I’m literally having trouble writing this bc I’m so physically tired and exhausted. Pregnant with #2 at about 10.5 weeks and today I have never felt this way before. I literally can’t move. I just want to keep my eyes closed and lay down all day long. This can’t be normal. I’m also feeling very down.
I don’t remember it being like this for my first. Yesterday I had a little pink discharge when I wiped and I freaked out thinking it may be the start of something going wrong. I had a 9 week appointment and all was ok.
I’ve been tired this entire pregnancy, but today is the topping of all days. Anyone else feel this way? Could this be the start of something really wrong (coupled with the pink discharge yesterday)?
I know fatigue is part of first trimester - but this intensity of fatigue? I feel and LOOK exhausted beyond measure. I’m normally positive and upbeat - I hate feeling this way. Thanks for reading

It is crap alright but The good news is it should hopefully pass in a few weeks OP

Debilitating is the word. Ans it’s hard to make
People appreciate just how bone tired you are and how debilitating it is!

Can you take a couple days off to try regain a bit of energy? Take your supplements, eat well, and nap if you can!

It will pass soon and you’ll be back to “normal”!

I still don't know how I survived the first trimester.. I could fall asleep sanding up. Now in my third trimester I'm still so tired but no longer have the ability to sleep 😩

It's total crap, you're not alone

My daughter is nearly 27 but I can clearly remember this sort of tiredness which I had for the first 14 weeks of my pregnancy.

I would take a blanket to work to fall asleep on in breaks, it was such a struggle, but thankfully hot a lot better from week 12, with improvements from week 11. Hang on in there and speak to your GP if concerned they might check your iron levels etc.

I’d advice getting your iron levels checked. This is my 2nd pregnancy and I found out right at the beginning that my iron levels were really low. It made me feel like crap, really tired, no energy and breathless. It’s taken most of the pregnancy to get my iron levels up and although they are still classed as low these last 3 weeks or so are the best I’ve felt the whole pregnancy now that my iron levels have increased

I used to sleep in my car at lunchtimes and then when I got home I'd crawl into bed wearing three layers plus ugg boots as I was so cold too. I'd then sleep for two hours before dinner.

It will pass.

100% can relate. Also pregnant with DC2, and I do not remember ever having fatigue at any point when I was pregnant with DC1. This time, it was my only pregnancy symptom up until towards the end of the first trimester. It's persisted throughout, though not as bad as it was in the first and early second trimesters. I only get occasional bursts of fatigue now I'm in the third trimester. I think it's linked to baby having a growth spurt. I've not (as far as I'm aware anyway) had any problems with iron levels. Trying to 'power through', and having a toddler, certainly hasn't helped either.
