13 weeks pregnant and I can’t stand meat! Anyone else had this?

I’m 13 weeks pregnant and I really hate meat for the last 3 weeks and can’t stomach it at all.
Has anyone else had this or any other weird experiences with foods they have gone off or ate?
It’s not the worse thing to go off to be honest but I just can’t stomach meals and only want small bites and snacks so trying to opt for healthy snacks as I did go through a pancake stage.
Do you think it would be ok to have more smoothies and shakes at this point?

Yes! I completely went off meat when I was pregnant with DD. From about week 10 until week 30 I couldn’t face it at all, chicken was definitely the worst. And I developed a super sweet tooth even though I’m normally a savoury girl (went straight back to normal eating meat and not eating chocolate as soon as she was born). DD (18m) doesn’t seem to like meat very much and has a huge sweet tooth too - she could live on fruit tbh, whereas I tend to live on veg - so I blame her Grin

Currently 26 weeks pregnant with DS and haven’t had any specific cravings/aversions other than just being super hungry all the time - I would literally eat anything this pregnancy, so I’m guessing he’s going to come out with a super appetite.

YES!! Really can't bear the thought of eating it. Mince & Dumplings used to be one of my home comfort fave meals - now can't bear the thought of eating mince....

Will this go away?

Yes I hated the smell of it too even if it was just sitting uncooked in the fridge and I opened the fridge door. Made me want to heave ! 🤢

Im 14 weeks pregnant and since about week 5 I cannot stomach any meat/fish
All I really want to eat is bland, beige, carby foods, some mild cheese and watery/fresh fruits/vegetables like melon, grapes, cucumber, tomatoes, kiwis etc
As long as your eating I’ve been told that just go with it and it won’t last forever

My mum went completely veggie when she was pregnant with me 30 years ago and has never eaten meat since!
