HCG Levels in Early Pregnancy

Hi Everyone,
I'm currently 4 weeks and 4 Days Pregnant (18DPO)
And I'm absolutely terrified I'm having another ectopic I had one last July.
I've had very light spotting (some days nothing, some days when I wipe) light pink and sometimes brown since 11DPO - so a week now.
No pain at all.
And have been feeling pregnant (tired, sore boobs)
Today I had my HCG levels taken and the nurse on the phone said that they are "at the low end so she isn't sure it's a viable pregnancy" but didn't tell me the number, I've left a message with them to call me back and let me know.
But just looking to see if anyone else had either spotting for longer than a couple days early on ?
Or had low HCG and what the number was ? And if things went on to be okay ♥️

I'm okay-ish Thankyou, still been having the bleeding today, it's red/ brown with also stringy bits sometimes (sorry tmi) also have mild period pain, so it's really not looking good, my tests still appear dark though so really unsure what to think atm, just have to wait for my scan next week  how are you?? @FreckledMouse x

I've just done a test now the bottom one is just now the one above is this morning and the one above that is yesterday morning x

I'm in a similar boat now, I went to a gig last night and was standing up for 3 hours, when I got back I had cramps and a bit of pink spotting we DTD for the first time in a while, and then in the morning woke up with some reddish spotting and again this afternoon.
I've been reading online about Subchorionic Hepatoma and I think (hope) it's that.
Which could be the same for you ??
What day is your scan ?
I'm back for bloods Monday (hopefully a scan too) and going from there.

Update : confirmation of what I thought I miscarried at the weekend. The EPU are monitoring me to make sure it's not ectopic again but I don't think it is.
Todays been a tough day 😢
10 cycles of trying and 2 pregnancies with no babies.

@FreckledMouse oh no I am so sorry to hear that, heartbroken for you. I'm still bleeding red blood but still not had my scan yet, not holding my breath. Will update you when I do. Sending you lots of love

It's booked for Saturday. So scared, I've had mild pain on my right side on and off and had pretty much constant spotting since finding out. Hard to think it's going to be a positive outcome

@FreckledMouse Thankyou for thinking of me bless you. I can't believe I'm even saying this but it was actually good news today. I had an abdominal scan (expecting an internal one) and the pregnancy is viable an in the correct place, measuring about 6 weeks, we saw the heartbeat. They looked for a cause of the bleeding on the scan but couldn't see a cause, so just got to pray for no more now 😞 still a nervous wreck every time I go to the loo. It's still early days for me so just got to try and keep positive. I will keep everything crossed for you onto your next cycle ❤️
