Did anyone get pregnant after a year?

Hi everyone
I know I'm not pregnant yet but thought this might be a good place to ask. We are on cycle 14/15 of TTC number 1 at 30. Few initial tests say nothing is wrong but it's still not happening - not even a hint of a BFP. Regular cycles, always get a positive OPK etc etc Are there any reassuring stories out there of anyone who got pregnant without intervention beyond the normal vitamins etc after a year?! TIA x

@rathernotshare

Cycle 24 for us! Once I got pregnant we found that I had a huge cyst on one of my ovaries meaning I was only ovulating every other month.
Hi, I just found out on Friday (after paying for some private tests following 13 months TTC) that I have this too and it's basically blocking my left ovary. Did you ever have your cyst removed, and if so was it through the NHS? x

Took me 4 months to get pregnant with my DC1. Then took almost 2 years of “on & off” trying to conceive DC2. My periods had become really irregular and I just couldn’t pinpoint when I was ovulating. Went to the doctors to see what was happening & why my periods had become so irregular. Got a transfer to the hospital, had an internal ultrasound to see what was happening. 2 days before I got the results from the ultrasound I found out I was pregnant! I must have ovulated about 10 days earlier than I thought I should. I’m 36 weeks tomorrow

2.5 years of trying with a blocked fallopian tube and on the IVF waiting list.... First ever BFP this month after eating awful, lack of exercise, not being great with vitamins, extra alcohol over Christmas etc and having covid at the time of implantation last month. Bodies are the strangest things 🤷‍♀️. All the best! 💕

Sorry to jump on this post but I took a pregnancy test last week it said positive now they are all light and some are coming back negative what are the chances this is a chemical pregnancy? The only symptoms I've had is I'm 2 weeks late and have mood swings and being emotionally drained my cycle is not always on the time I'm very confused the doctors won't do out till 6 weeks and I've no midwife yet

Yes! We conceived after 2 years of trying. The only things we did were taking prenatal supplements; my husband was advised by NHS consultant to take wellman supplements and we think maybe this helped as after many months of taking them sporadically, he said the month he took them religiously was the month we conceived!
I also know this is such an eyeroll comment but... we were also more relaxed about ttc that month. We had accepted we were not going to conceive naturally, had booked in to start IVF, I was also on leave and had a relaxed week and did some fun/sport activities so all that may have helped me on a hormonal/relaxation level I think. Even the timing of when we dtd was completely different to what we'd been trying previous months in my supposed "fertile window", and it now seems I might have ovulated earlier than I thought.
And the only other thing was I had my second dose of Pfizer a few days before we conceived, which did cause me to have menstrual changes (at least, I think it did and there is anecdotal evidence other women have had temporary menstrual changes from the vaccine). I'm certainly not complaining if Pfizer helped!
Best of luck to you and don't give up... it CAN happen. My main advice is to have sex throughout the month (at least every 3 days) and not only in your fertile window, and to follow advice of NHS re:supplements xx
