Hey everyone

Trying to get all the bigger things out the way, So many to choose from and looking at the Snuzpod 4, First time mum so unsure what I should and shouldn't be looking for.

Any recommendations for a next 2 me crib?

We used a next 2 me for both of ours and they loved it 😊 definitely recommend

haven't put our Next 2 Me to use yet but we have the Magic and it is all set up and ready for baby, and looks great! It took us ages to settle on which bedside crib to go for, and this just seemed to tick all the boxes. It can rock, can be put on a slant, can be used as a standalone or as bedside crib and comes with a travel/carry bag. www.chicco.co.uk/products/8058664144686.chicco-next2me-magic-co-sleeping-crib.html

Chicco Next 2 Me - Dream. Amazing! Will be using it again this time too! 😊

Definitely Tutti bambini cozzee one... Best looking IMO and I found more spacious than the snuzpod. Also easy to put up and down if you go and stay somewhere else.

I have a chicco next 2 me. It's 5 years old now but still great. Very spacious, my 6 month old still sleeps in it and it packs away easily to come on holiday with us.

We have the chocolate next to me

Baby isn’t here yet but it’s very sturdy - good mattress and fits brilliantly next to our bed (which is higher)

I also like it’s fully fabric / padded (so nothing for baby to bash against)

Chicco not chocolate

Had anyone tried the SNOO, is it worth it?

MsSquiz · 11/01/2022 06:20

We had the next2me magic for dd and had no issues with it. We had it attached to our bed and never used it as a stand alone or travel.

It has since been used for 2 other babies (with new mattresses) and I know both families have loved it too. We will be getting it back for dd2 who is due in April

Tutti Bambini was great. Very easy to transport if staying somewhere and looks nice. Also you can raise one end higher if you have a baby with bad reflux.

BertieBotts · 11/01/2022 09:20

The Snoo looks horrifying to me...

I've had a converted normal cot, generic cheap bedside cot, Babybay.

The converted normal cot was the best hands down. Babybay is second. The cheap one was shit and I hated it.

Another vote for the tutti bambino. Sturdy, easy to put up and down, you can vary the height and its very spacious.
My ds is 17 months old but in 9-12 clothes and still fits in it with a little room to spare. He still sleeps in it when he has a fever and needs to be close by.

InTheNightWeWillWish · 11/01/2022 09:28

We have the SnuzPod4. It’s sturdy and got a large sleeping space, which is good as DD is only 7 weeks but she’s long and I think she’d be reaching the height of some smaller ones. She has slept in it for every night we’ve had it, albeit on her terms and when she thinks she should sleep. I don’t find the rocking function that good actually but it’s very rare I need it. It’s not that portable, if that’s important to you. I do like that the handles at the end for if you did carry it round are perfect for draping muslins over (they aren’t in the crib) and so you aren’t trying to find one on the floor during a night feed.

Thanks all for your recommendations, I will check them all out 😎

Another vote for Tutti Bambini Cozee, looks good and can be used for travel.
