I am trying to eat fairly ok but not sure I eat enough veg!
I had porridge made with full fat milk and two cups of normal tea this am then later a banana
Lunch was mozzarella , fresh tomato and mashed potato with peas
A cup of green tea (Can’t resist hot drinks but normally I’d have coffee too)
Supper was roast beef and potato again (forgot other veg) then half a pot of butterscotch icecream!
Then an oatcake and butter.

I do include nuts usually too and fish twice a week and hope this is reasonably ok. I’ve just remembered we have mince pies left though! I get quite drawn to sweet stuff

@Elle234 I think I need to write that quote on post-its to stick around my house 😂

Breakfast - museli
Lunch - seeded wholemeal toast with cheddar cheese
Dinner - mince and potatoes with carrots and onions
Snacks - rice cakes
I have gestational diabetes, so am trying to follow a better diet, but I also work Nightshift and that affects snacks, etc.

I drink water, diluting juice, decaf tea X 1 and decaf coffee x 1

I always feel like my diet is all over the place compared to everyone else's. I'm currently 22 weeks and I either want fruit or carbs.

Breakfast - 2 slices of 50/50 toast with peanut butter, and a milky decaf tea

Snack - banana and a mini mincepie

Lunch - bowl of porridge

Snack - a punnet of strawberries 🤦🏼‍♀️

Dinner - sausages and mash with roast veg and peas.

There may or may not be another snack later.

Wow, I think compared to most of you I’ve had far too many sweet things today!!
Breakfast handful of blueberries, half a chopped banana, cinnamon, 2 squares of 90% chocolate, sprinkle of chia seeds, porridge oaks cooked with almond milk.
Lunch: small seeded whole meal toast, one fried egg, quarter of an avocado, and spring greens.
Snack: Small two finger twix, packet of mini cheddars, packet of wotsits, 2 quality street sweets 🥴
Dinner: 2slices of cheesy garlic pizza, 2 small potatoes with tomato salsa, 4 pieces of Moroccan chicken, roasted carrots and parsnips.
Snack: milky bar yoghurt. 😬😬

I'm nearly 26 weeks and still struggling with nauseous and sickness so my eating habits vary day to day. I love fruit but don't get as much veg in as I should.

Today I had -

Lemon and blueberry oat bar, banana and a cup of tea before work

Mid morning - bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes with full fat milk

Lunch - packet of crisps, satsuma and an apple (I ate too much in work yesterday and it put me off having much today)

Dinner - Bacon baguette

Snack - Raspberries and some snack a jack rice cakes

Not the best but hoping for a better day tomorrow with butternut squash soup in the plan. My favourite!

Ooh I love butternut squash soup. So many things listed make me want to eat them.
Snowdonia I feel for you still having morning sickness and hope it eases.

This thread has given me so much inspiration! I usually have quite a big appetite and love food and cooking but at 12 + 6 I’m just coming out the other side of constant nausea and aversions!
I’ve had to completely change how I eat due to heartburn, nausea and a lack of appetite so I’ve found tracking what I eat is useful to hold me accountable!
Yesterday I had:
Breakfast: a crumpet with butter and cup of tea
Lunch: egg mayonnaise in a whole meal pitta with spring onion and cherry tomatoes
Dinner: Asian chicken with onion noodles and stir fried broccoli
Snacks: a clementine, natural yogurt with raspberries and a portion of grapes
