Hi guys

Thought it would be fun to share our experiences for those of us who have lost our minds enough to do this a third time!! 😂🙏🏼
I have 2 girls 12 and 8 but had them young so 31 now and feeling the struggle way more with this one that the last 2
How is everyone else feeling? I’m 7+1 and swear I’ve already popped a belly out

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
CaMePlaitPas · 02/01/2022 13:30

8 weeks I think, maybe 9, with my third. I was devastated to begin with, but I am coming round to it! I think my stomach has popped already but it might just be bloating. I've had some awful vomiting and nausea though, waiting impatiently for the 2nd trimester!

CaMePlaitPas · 02/01/2022 13:36

Oh I forgot to mention I have two girls aged 3 and 4 who will be 4 and 5 when baby arrives. Gave birth in May 2017, and again in May 2018. Can't believe I'm doing this again ha! Hoping for another girl, DH hoping for a boy.

bunnypenny · 02/01/2022 13:43

Hello! My surprise third baby is 16 days old 😃 I also have a 19 month old daughter and a just turned 3 year old son. Oh, and I’m 43. So far, lots of chaos but newborns are so easy compared to toddlers!

MarmaladeToastAndAMarmaladeCat · 02/01/2022 13:53

@SaraKitty you have the exact same age gaps as me - 18 months between my first 2 and 3.5 between the youngest and this one! Do you know what you are having? My first 2 are boys and this one is a girl.

SaraKitty · 02/01/2022 14:30

@MarmaladeToastAndAMarmaladeCat hopefully this baby will just ‘slip into routine’ as everyone keeps telling me ! I’m having a little girl and I have 2 girls already 💓💓💓

MarmaladeToastAndAMarmaladeCat · 02/01/2022 17:44

Aw that’s lovely, 3 little girls 💖 I’m sure they will be so close growing up.

Yes I am also hoping this baby will just fit in with us. I remember being quite strict on routines with my first, the second just had to fit around what we were doing with the 18 month old. I guess this one will just have to go along with it all and nap on the school / preschool run and generally just get carted around everywhere 😂

Roxy2801 · 02/01/2022 22:32

Hey everyone thought I'd jump on and say hi I've just found out I'm pregnant with surprise baby number 3 I have 2 girls already aged 7 and 4 xx

Isonthecase · 03/01/2022 16:05

Relieved to hear about a few other surprises, felt a bit embarrassing with a third Blush we definitely know how babies are made by now...

Tiredmum31111 · 03/01/2022 16:45

Hello fellow crazies,
Also expecting number 3 (very early days only 6 weeks) already have 2 girls 2 and 4. If I'm honest I'm a mix of terrified how I will manage with 3 in equal measures to being happy and excited. Xx

sg0706 · 06/01/2022 21:16

Hey

I just found out I am pregnant with my 3rd. I have 2 boys 10 & 4 , both pregnancy's with the boys were pretty pain free other than terrible morning sickness . This time round I'm only 5 weeks and I already feel like I'm showing and I have terrible cramps coming and going which is making me worry, did anyone else experience this with their 3rd?

Tiredmum31111 · 06/01/2022 22:05

@sg0706 congratulations! I'm struggling with morning (well all day and night!) sickness this time loads more than my previous pregnancies. So that's frustrating especially when life's busier looking after 2 children at the same time. Bump wise, I'm 7 weeks and the bloat is definitely more than I remember. Feel like it could be post Christmas bulge though who knows 😆 I'm just glad the morning sickness waited till after Christmas to turn up! Xx

honeybeesknees · 06/01/2022 22:34

My number 3 is a few weeks old now (she was planned) and I am loving every second! Older two are at school and I was worried about starting again, but I just love it! I’m 39, but any old-ness I feel is balanced out by feeling more relaxed because I know what I’m doing.

Mrsacemay · 08/01/2022 09:49

@honeybeesknees that's lovely and very reassuring to hear

Babydancing2020 · 08/01/2022 12:28

Ohhh i love this thread!! Can I join the club too:D
Apparently Im crazy enough loool. Baby number 3 on the way Ive got 2 boys already 4 y and 1yr old. I think Im 9weeks not sure still waiting for my booking appointment and scan. Did you guys already have your apppointments?

Imhereforthecake · 08/01/2022 12:31

We are expecting number 3!
Am 17 weeks with a baby boy.
Have an 8 and 6 year old already.
Definitely feeling pregnancy this time round - feel like I've aged about 30 years!

Babydancing2020 · 08/01/2022 12:31

Also with my 2 boys i had crazy morning sickness from before I tested positive and lots of other symptoms straight away whilst with this one I havent been feeling anything at all untill a few days ago the nausea kicked in.

MarmaladeToastAndAMarmaladeCat · 09/01/2022 22:40

@Imhereforthecake I completely agree. I don’t know if it’s being older now or just knackered with 2 kids to look after but I feel about 97. I’m only 5 years older than I was during my first pregnancy but it is so different.

HyphenCobra · 10/01/2022 19:33

@honeybeesknees that's reassuring!

StylishMummy · 10/01/2022 20:00

Hi all, mind if I join? Very happy to be 4+3 with DC3. Only DH and I know and we're on pins as we've had previous losses and a lot going on. But overjoyed to be having my last baby. Boobs are like massive, sore rocks already but no nausea yet!

SaraKitty · 10/01/2022 21:10

Massive congrats @StylishMummy wishing you a healthy and happy 8 months ahead ! Exciting times , hope the first trimester goes nice and quick for you x

Rosebud2016 · 10/01/2022 22:30

Ohhh I think this is the group for me!

Hi everyone,
I’m currently 14 weeks pregnant with baby #3- a little boy! We have two Daughters aged 2.5 & 4.5 who are desperate for a baby sister. Haven’t got the heart to break the news to them yet that they are getting a brother!

I’m 37 and DH is 44 and this will be our final baby (famous last words!)

Where is everyone from? I’m in Hampshire. X

Coffeepants · 11/01/2022 20:56

18 weeks with the third, have 5 y o b/g twins so have decided to keep the gender a surprise the time. Am 36 and I do feel it’s been a bit harder in some ways but obviously singleton pregnancy is not nearly as tiring or hard on your body. This one seems to be flying by!

MarmaladeToastAndAMarmaladeCat · 12/01/2022 19:09

@Rosebud2016 im in London. Aw, I’m sure they will be happy. I have the opposite situation, my 2 boys said if we had another baby they would like a brother but when I told them the baby was a girl they were so happy. I am also one of 3 with an older sister and little brother and we doted on him.

Crazymumofboys · 12/01/2022 22:42

Hi everyone, it is so lovely to hear from other people who are having 3! I have two sons aged 9 and 7, and am 21 weeks pregnant with a gorgeous daughter.

I had a MMC in July so feel really lucky to be carrying a healthy baby girl. My boys are very excited to be having a baby sister too 🥰
