Subchorionic haematoma, twins, and irregular sac

Hi, I had an interesting scan at EPU yesterday after having some bleeding at just over 6 weeks. I assumed all was over, but instead they found 2 heartbeats and the source of the bleed, which sounds positive, however, the sonogropher seemed concerned about the gestational sac being irregular, although she didn't explain why, and I was still reeling from seeing 2 heartbeats, so I didn't ask.
Upon googling, it seems that it may be bad news and the pregnancy may not be viable. I'm not sure what to think now. Has anyone had any experience of this?
Also one twin was considerably smaller than the other, but they both had strong heartbeats.
Should I be worried about the sac?

Where they both in one sac? Or a sac each?

I think potentially if one twin was measuring smaller than expected in combination with the sac being irregular, then it could point towards there being an issue. But I think it’s also very common for their to be disparities between twins even at this early gestation.

It’s just too early to know and that’s probably why the sonographer didn’t elaborate.

I had an irregular sac and an embryo that never developed a heart beat. But they were much more concerned about the fact there was no heart beat (at 8/9 weeks along) than the irregular sac. I think it’s one of those things that doesn’t mean a great deal by itself, but in conjunction with other issues could suggest a genetic abnormality or higher chance of miscarrying.

I hope everything goes well for you Flowers
