Pregnancy sickness

This is my 4th pregnancy. I miscarried with the first 3.
This pregnancy feels really different. For starters, I feel sick constantly. At the moment I'm not being sick but I feel nauseous almost all day right up until going to sleep.
Any suggestions of what helps?
I've been having rich tea biscuits, ginger biscuits. People have mentioned crackers so I'll buy some. And dry toast. But it doesn't seem to subside for long. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Sorry for your previous losses. Honestly I found nothing helped really, you can buy sickness travel bands to wear on your wrists and I used to eat melon sprinkled in ginger.

Mint imperials helped keep the nausea at bay for me.

Sorry for the previous losses. With sickness I used to treat it like a hangover and eat a little and often. I found an empty stomach made it worse.

So unfortunately for my diet chunk food seemed to work, biscuits, crackers, toast, etc, broccoli used to make me vomit.

It will get easier - take each week as it comes.

And if the sickness suddenly eases don't panic - once the placenta takes over you should feel better. Or sometimes you get a break for a day and it starts again

It’s really hard. Try to stay as hydrated as possible and get as much rest as you can, it’s gruelling work growing a baby. Wishing you all the best with it 💕

Eat little and often so you never get too hungry.
Dry crackers by your bed so you can have one as soon as you wake up, before you get up.
I found granny smith apples quite good at cutting through the horrible taste I had in my mouth which seemed to help with the nausea. I’d just nibble on on all day.

Thank you all so much for your responses. I will try all of these recommendations. Yesterday I drank some orange juice which actually helped quite a lot too so I'll also continue with that. Thank you 🙂

@welshladywhois40

Yes I did panic on a day where I didn't feel sick. I was so worried, and almost felt relieved the next day when it came back!
An empty stomach definitely makes it worse. Thank you for the recommendations. I'll definitely give these a try.

Yes I've taken to having biscuits by the bed! Think I need to invest in some crackers! Thank you

I had this until 20 weeks even day and night....not extremely better now at 24...
What helped me were sour things, pickles, olives, sauerkraut, sour candies, vinegar , lemons .... but i had horrible taste too, was the only thing that could shift it and taste like anything good in my mouth
