How to get baby/cervix to drop

38+5 today with baby number 4 I've been in today for monitoring due to high blood pressure, they tried a sweep but the midwife could only just reach my cervix so she couldn't do it.
I'm back in on Friday for more monitoring and another try at a sweep so I'm now very anxious and need all your tips to get my body ready for this sweep to work to avoid induction

Squatting. It’s how I went into labour with DC. I don’t mean the exercise type either, we were having a bathroom fitted so I spent the day squatting over a bucket peeing. It’s only later I discovered it is actually a method to induce labour!

Gentle squats have been known to help induce labour. The up and down movement helps get the baby into a better position and helps to stimulate dilation. It is important to make sure that the squats are not too deep, as to not cause injury
