Sorry TMI but what helps constipation during pregnancy

Looking for something to help with constipation, I'd usually have senna tablets but they say not to use. I've upped my water and fibre but it's not helping, is there anything that is safe to take whilst pregnant?

Syrup of figs. You can get it on Amazon and my midwife said it's fine to take.

I was lactulose with ds1 and it helped a lot!

You have my sympathy because I am having the same problem!

Tried to go at 10pm last night and ended up stuck on the toilet for an hour and a half (and still couldn't go!!)
