No fetal pole

Had an early scan but thought I was later than I am, they put me at 5.5, saw sac and yolk but no fetal pole. I know it's early and this can happen but guess I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else and all turned out okay? Bit paranoid as my boobs don't seem to be hurting anymore for the last day or so and I don't exactly have any other symptoms, so that's feeding my worry.

Yeah, honestly two days is nothing!
I think because we've done IVF and we know everything it's a head fuck at the best of times.
Try and relax, easier said than done I know but everything is where it should be to me, and ofc the drs also said this.

hi! Just came across this and was wondering how you guys got on? I have had my IVF scan today, they said i should be 6.5 weeks but there was no fetal pole - have to go back in two weeks! Gestation and yolk sac is there and still have pregnancy symptoms :-(
