5 days is too early, poas and you will just be wasting them. Wait 5 days, the longer you wait the more likely you will get a definite result. Even if you are pregnant, you will be back here with line eye if you test too soon. And you will end up buying even more tests as a result. Be chill. I know it's hard when your excited and want that bfp.

I've had clear positives as early as 7 dpo, I do opk and temp so know when I ovulate, so it is possible to get bfp this early. Good luck.

@l2001xx These are my lines, using boots strips, from 9, 11, 13 and 15 days PO.
I was due my period approx 16/17 days PO.
Looking back the 11 day one perhaps has a very faint line on but I didn't notice at the time.
Hope it works out for you 💕

I got a clear positive at 10 DPO with my Boots test strips, which was four days before my period was due.

(Saturday)I took the boots one 4 days before my period was due and it came up positive straight away. I took one a few days before that and it was negative. I am now 8+4

To be fair I just buy the 20 test strips online for £2.85 as you get 20 it's not a waste and can just test everyday, I find them quite sensitive
