Panicking about baby no. 2

I have just found out I am pregnant with baby number 2 (6 weeks) and now I am panicking that we can't afford another baby. Next year we will need to renew our cars (loan needed), remortgage in 2024 and will most likely have to convert the garage or loft for an at home office as the office atm will be baby's room. We have been together for 11 years and we were planning on getting married within the next few year as well. I only get statutory maternity leave and I'm having a major panic attack about how the hell we will be able to afford anything. I just need someone to tell me it's going to be okay.

Honestly? You'll find a way!!
I quit my job after my son was born, and my partner brings home around £350-400 a week. After rent, bills and shopping, we have around £60 a week spare, sometimes not even that, but we get by!
You learn to shop for bargains and budget your money, for myself, my partner who has a huge appetite, and our son who loves his fruit and veggies, we spend around £60 a week shopping at lidl and also use the app for the coupons! We don't have designer clothes or go out for meals regularly, but we most definitely are never without! Have you looked into any benefits you may be entitled to? Even whilst on maternity leave, you may still be entitled to Universal Credit or something. Also as hard as it may be, is there a possibility of putting the wedding on hold for a while just until you get sorted money wise, or even look into intimate or package weddings? Budget/diy wedding decor?

Honestly, whatever you choose to do, you'll find a way, and you'll be able to afford it all! Good luck!

Also I know not everyone agrees with this, but 2nd hand stuff for baby helps massively too, even if it's a crib off Facebook or something, aldi and lidl nappies were great for us until our son got too big and now has to use pampers, typical ha!
