I am 11 weeks pregnant and really struggling with morning sickness. The thing is it isn't just limited to the morning. I am constantly exhausted and the thought of eating anything at all is making me feel sick. Although I work from home and am able to take time off when needed, I have felt like this 24/7 for the past month and I just can't keep up with my workload. I can't concentrate because the sickness has been so distracting. There is only so much time off I can have. I can't explain how bad I feel - it's like trying to write your CV when you're hungover but that feeling never seems to go away. I've tried taking naps, ginger biscuits, ginger tea, exercise etc but never feel better. How have other mums ploughed through this? Any kind advice would be so appreciated
